This service is a 'catch all' for anything not described elsewhere.

We all know that, from time to time, computers just do not perform as they should and there is not always an obvious reason or solution.

We will endevour to resolve any problem and will keep the client fully informed of any potential cost. We will not 'stitch you up' with a massive bill after the work is done and there is no option.

We will not be able to solve everything!

This service would normally be charged at a basic call out rate of £30 which includes the first hour of labour
Any additional work would be charged at the rate of £25 per hour.
Certain problems may require that the equipment is taken back to base.
